I hope everyone had a great Valentine's day. It appears cupid left us with a little snow to carry us over into President's Day. :) For Monday, snow showers with wind. Clouds remaining through the day keeping the high at 25º. The clouds and wind will hang around into Monday night as the snow tapers off before midnight. Low 19. For your Tuesday, a slight warm up to 29º with a 30% chance of snow remaining. Expect highs not to reach above the low 30s for the rest of the week.

The drizzle we woke up to on Monday Morning will hang around through lunch time before the rain chances drop to 30% after 4pm. The high will only reach 44º and skies will remain mostly cloudy into the night. During the overnight on Monday, the low will drop to 35º within the city limits, and even below freezing in some of the outlying areas. Tuesday morning will see another rain maker moving in mainly after 9am bringing rain for most of the day. Tuesday's high will be near 50º and winds will be breezy. For the majority of the week, you will need to dress warmly as you make your journeys to your last classes of the Fall 2009 semester!

Thanksgiving week is starting out pretty dreary here at WKU. On Monday we will see a day full of cloudy skies and temperatures only reaching the mid 50s. The clouds will remain through Monday night keeping the low around 45; areas of patchy fog could develop as well so use caution when out and about overnight. Forecast Mon. Nov. 9th, 2009

After being spoiled with a beautiful fall weekend if looks like we are going to have a change in pace. Our clear blue skies are going to be replaced by a couple of days of clouds. Monday will bring mostly cloudy skies all day with a high of 71º and an overnight low of 50º. For Tuesday, cloudy skies remain and there is a 40% chance of rain with a high of 65º. 10/7-10/8/09 Forecast

We saw the rain yesterday, now we're seeing the sunshine today across South-Central Kentucky. The beautiful weather will continue through tomorrow afternoon, when more rain is expected to come into the area. The wet weather will continue through the weekend, then the sun will return, with much cooler temperatures. We'll be looking at our first killing frost next week. For Western students going out of town, enjoy your fall break and keep track of the weather wherever you're going.
